I was wondering where the translation got Marukei from and I think I got it
an alternate reading of 恵 is kei, and "circle" can be called maru, and since 恵 is inside a circle = marukei
and instead of "fresh tuna" it says 本日特売 "today's bargain sale"
anyways I think they'd get more business with happy fish on their sign
