One thing that might help you is making more expandable/tileable designs. Instead of tangling up all of your buildings like that, just make one big line for green circuits, one big line for red circuits, etc. then run the resources down a main bus to wherever they need to go.

As an example, here is a small green circuit build (it's in Krastorio so the resources are different, you can see wood on the conveyor there). If I ever see that I don't have enough green circuits, I can easily just copy/paste more of these little modules down along the line and extend the conveyor belts. So instead of trying to calculate exactly what production you need for your entire factory, you just expand whatever you need at the time
