Why can't the people behind shit like the Goosebumps and Are You Afraid of the Dark reboots understand that the short-term anthology format was one of the biggest strengths of the originals?
The reboots turned into a single, continuous plotline with "cameos" from the original antagonists, which is probably why they ended up being canceled.
