I've noticed an inconsistency between the first appearances of her house and the final ones, namely that in this page >>49420776 there are windows in the front above the main entrance. These are absent in practically every other rendition of the house.
Based on what we know about the house there's also a place to hang up clothes, she has a bit of gardening going on, and there's some kind of waterfall or at least a mechanism to have running water splash onto you for training purposes (thanks Reimu)
