Andromeda Galaxy is probably a grey goo scenario by now, disgiused as a regular galaxy, so, no, it's not a good thing, and there's a chance some of the code inside of that goo is corrupted by Tzeentchian innovation, so it's even worse

Not really. Chaos is too infectious and infests like a cancer, plus there's the orks/krorks, if they get exposed to DAOT tier tech, they would become too powerful, and the Tyranids would just devour any and all immortal humans and add in a new immortality gene to the psychic hivemind database, only Necrons can win this fight
