I started on E.S.L.A. + Simonrim, but quickly got tired of the Oblivion-style stat grind and restarted with Experience + Static Skill Leveling + Vokriinator Black. It's been brilliant, the pacing is solid out of the box and there's lots of variety in the perk selection. The main thing I'm missing is a way to improve movement speed outside combat, as someone who prefers to avoid all forms of fast travel.
