Indeed it is. And with such easy access to it, it's so easy to get all wrapped up in it. I have been realising that more as the years get on, started using it less, grinding in the gym, going for walks.

It's definitely the best and worst thing to happen to the human race. It can be hard to tell which side it leans to more though
