for luke it's entirely about your experience, he's sort of required for cerebro decks but usually if i play against affliction and/or i can't play around a location i just retreat, i mean luke is the kind of card that can turn around a game if the opponent has no idea you have it but then in order to win big you sort of need to play him turn 6

if i have to be honest i hardly found myself playing the discard package at all, most of the times i just play ghost rider alone for tempo but then again polaris + martyr may be the better option, the good thing about cerebro is that you have a lot of different ways to play

storm is 2 power though, maybe you're confusing with cerebro 2, keep in mind you want other options to play your tao mandala, hence why antman, miss marvel and sera are worth because if you don't draw into cerebro at the very least you have alternatives
