We got her from a shelter when she was an estimated 7 years old. They didn't know her full story. She's about 10 now. She's very well-adjusted and probably had a good life before us.

We really are spoiled by her. Never getting another cat after her. The only downside is that she does not play well with others, otherwise we'd have a kitten too.
