These days most porn is done by people who would have been previously called "amateurs" - girls on Onlyfans who self-advertise and self-manage their sex work. Or not even to mention 2D porn which has always been mostly ethical since its literally a drawing. Porn has become WAY WAY more ethical and more woman-controlled over time. If anything I think the rise of Onlyfans is what caused the porn fatigue because it means people see Onlyfans girls constantly advertising themselves all over social media where people are not wanting to see sexual content, before Onlyfans you'd have to go out of your way to see porn, but now social media algorithms will feed you women advertising sex if you choose to not scroll past fast enough.
