ENOUGH POINTLESS BICKERING
I shall post MY deck in anon's stead, to prove my immense brilliance capable of completing the Herculean task of creating a legal deck for the "Commander" format (formerly known as EDH, in honor of the gay dragons who founded it).

This is my Izzet storm deck. The goal of the deck is to waste as much time as possible by taking as many game actions in one turn that ultimately do not win. I restricted myself to only using creatures that have the type "Dragon" because I don't want to sully a dragon deck with non-dragons.
I have additionally restricted myself from using Unwinding Clock, because it is too much of a red flag to the table that they should scoop and go next. I can not let any victims escape my 15-minute turn early, as I try to draw a 9-mana sorcery that requires 3 garnets in the library.
