If we're being honest the most common people use android is to save money with budget phones and this doesn't really mean they want one just that they can't afford or don't want to spend the money on a high end phone.

Anyway even if it was only 57% for people who can afford one without worrying about price (which is extremely unlikely) that is still ridiculously high market share. Again I can't think of any product which comes close suggesting they are doing something very right.
