I feel I was pretty horrible in FE when I played Awakening and slightly less so in Fates but in BIrthright I was over-relying on Ryoma and in Conquest I had to lower the difficulty because Hard mode that Takumi battle kicked my ass noon to night.
What was I supposed to have done in either? Units I should have focused on, classes I should have changed?
Awakening felt so simpler. Like, the moment I stopped relying on Frederick the earlygame got harder, but everyone got far more EXP and the midgame became a breeze.
