No, Cinderella was never good for campaign since her burst targets random enemies so it can just hit random weak raptures, which is entirely wasted. She's only good for boss fights.

The 2nd bursting B3 should be chosen based on what element the stage is weak to, RH and SBS are obvious picks, but Ein and QEQ have pretty decent wave clear, which is why they're good for campaign
