Gna have Protein bar nd maybe have a nap for a wee while more. Ave been aff the nicotine patch for like 24 hrs now too. So I think thats over n done with. Oh yesh. It's like when I got covid,,I was that sick that I stopped vaping,I didnt want to stop bht I had to. It was like a life hack getting covid to stop nicotine but Of course that time as soon as I could I was back on it. Am a bit wiser now.
