kris is/ was supposed to be the second hero/ the girl

all that's missing is the explicit conformation of kris being female
there are a couple clues that can hint at it if you squint, like kris being the only one able to wear the delicate princess ribbon gloves, and more more iffy things like the refusal to use the boys shampoo and apparently being unhappy with their clothing choices
it would also tie into kris' identity issues perfectly, and make her feel more like a freak due to having a period in a family where that's not something that happens (goats don't menstruate so toriel is useless here)
