Finally made it over 30 days, the entire month of July was totally free from all fapping. The longest I've gone before this was 4 months from late 2018 into 2019.

Something I've noticed is I view women in a more pure sense subconsciously, every time I see a girl in public I have a thought of "She's so pleasant, I'm glad women exist" but not in a romantic way, just in a caring/appreciative way or something like that. It's wonderful and I urge more (incel) men to try SR because it'll change their attitude towards women in general.
