I think you're right that the Democrats will come back into power though. But maybe this is my own bubble of personal and anecdotal experiences, but the actual Trump supporters I know irl are the same people who voted for George W. Bush and they haven't really changed. I'm not sure there has been any major change really. I know a couple that wears MAGA merch casually, volunteers at their county GOP office, and don't even know about social media memes that online TRUMP supporters get into, but which I know about (because I'm a terminally online fag). And while I haven't asked them about him bombing Iran yet, I'm pretty certain they'll be for it, because they're big Israel supporters.

IMO, antisemitic politics are a major sign of a movement in some state of disintegration or collapse and they need a scapegoat for why things are going wrong for them.
