There are 3 usable channels on 2.4 GHz (1, 6, 11) and less than 10 channels on 5GHz (hello, DFS!) and they sure as shit aren't empty in any inhabited area.
On 6 GHz there's like 15 channels that are actually scanned by stations, but try to use 160 MHz widths and see how many are left.
