The thing with radio waves is that any one device will only transmit on a channel when no other device is transmitting on the same channel. This means that latencies are high and bandwidth is low no matter how strong your signal is, and there is no way to overcome this.

Go to any major UPS seller website, like Cyberpower or APC, and they should have a basic calculator to tell you how much estimated time you have before the battery runs out of power.
Maybe if you're usage is low you can get decent amount of time, but the idea of a UPS is to either save your PC from turning off in a sudden power spike or brown out and saving work, or shutting it down safely if you're in a full power outage and not just some spike.

I've seen enough photos over the years where context gets lost or prints get damaged and people don't know how to get them replaced so I'm hoping to at least prevent that for my photographs. By the way my dick is massive so I don't even need a macro lens. Wallet sized prints can't contain it so most of my prints are 4x6 or bigger meaning there's always plenty of room for some details on the back. I just don't know how to put them there.

I would suggest either Paint.NET, Krita, or GIMP depending on your need and stance towards FOSS. Paint.NET is free but is no longer open-source, has lots of plugins, and native support for certain obscure/proprietary formats (like .dds), pretty useful for modding games. Krita is FOSS and is more focused on art while GIMP is like FOSS photoshop, you're probably already familiar with it.

I hate to break it to you but there's no way an integrated Intel graphics and 8GB of RAM is going to be able to handle vtubing + streaming + gaming at the same time unless you don't mind 15 fps. You're going to want an actual AMD or NVIDIA graphics card for that. It might be able to handle vtubing and streaming without gaming decently fine on it's own, but I don't know how resource-intensive vtuber tracking software like Live2D is.
512 GB is also pretty lacking if you're going to be installing a bunch of games and recording/editing videos, but you could always upgrade or get an external SSD later.
If you can afford it, I would shell out the extra $200-300 for a laptop with an actual GPU, even if it's not a particularly good one. Even a GTX 900 series would be a pretty significant leap.

has plenty of results in a similar price range but with generally better hardware, although some might be refurbished.
The thing is, ~$500 just isn't going to get you the hardware you need if you want to be a gaming/vtuber streamer with "professional" quality/graphics. Especially since you might not even get any viewers, a vast majority of streamers barely get double digit view counts on a good day.
If you're just looking for a computer for general use and light gaming the one you posted is good, or maybe save up more and get a better one for gaming, but it's probably not worth it to spend that kind of money just to get into vtubing unless you know you're going to have an audience. Have you tried using Live2D or some other vtubing software on your current laptop? Depending on what kind of games you're emulating and what quality you plan to stream at you could probably make-do with what you have.

A quick test on my machine showed that a GBA emulator and OBS used about 500 MB (half a gigabyte) of RAM but pushed my CPU close to 4hz and used a bit of my GPU, but my OBS settings were at a pretty high quality, higher than what is usually used for streaming. Whatever software you use for your vtuber model will obviously use more resources on top of that.

I was assuming you were probably going to be streaming recent AAA releases, but as long as you don't have a lot of other programs running you could do just fine with a regular bitrate and not also recording video as you stream.

Most major open source projects managed by actual organizations have people who actually review code and there will be users who report any exploits they discover. Think like most major Linux packages which are backed by organizations like RedHat. Ublock Origin is definitely used enough to have this level of scrutiny, even if it's not from an organization.

If the code itself gets lots of updates then anyone doing development work will probably just happen across the malicious code and can remove it themselves, so like AUR packages for example probably won't be able to hold exploits for a while.

If you have a good home connection (e.g. gigabit symmetric) you could host at home. But if you're regularly saturating your home bandwidth, your ISP won't be happy either, because consumer plans are not made to be used for 24/7 utilization. You might be forced to get a commercial plan and then bandwidth will suddenly become expensive again.

And the second thing is that the 50-series removes support for 32-bit PhysX, so if you're planning on playing any older games that have that, a 50-series card can literally drop down to 10-20 fps in physics heavy scenarios, despite being able to run the game at 1000+fps everywhere else. Look up the list of 32-bit physx games, it's shit like mirror's edge, borderlands 2 I think, etc. If you don't play any of them then it won't affect you (and the newer 64-bit physx still runs fine).

So look it up, if you see that the driver issues are fixed and if you don't care about the older physics engine, then a 5080 is going to be very slightly better. It's an underwhelming upgrade but still an upgrade; at the same price just go for it.
