I'd rather have that over a bunch of location overhauls and texture mods like this in Skyrim. Building a settlement around Todd's statue sounds more interesting than checking out yet another location replacer in skyrim. Or at least gun mods are much more interesting due to all the modifications and different effects than the weapon mods for Skyrim. The only thing missing is attractive (not furry) women
