You get a Goku moment in 7.2 and she's of significantly less importance in 7.1 and onward because her arc is done and she's not planned for the future. 7.3 is the point where if anybody's still talking about her they're deliberately choosing to get pissy about her. This was always the case, but if somebody is still focusing on her even after MSQ moves away from Tural in near-totality after 7.3, they're REALLY obsessed.
