Didn't really see any wildlife today, just a lot of geese
Today didn't feel good, was sore from yesterday. I have my groin ultrasound in a few hours and I wanted to get a run in though so hopefully whatever the problem is will be highly visible. Though if the appointment doesn't go well, this could be my last time posting for a while.
