It's not quite yuri, but when am I ever gonna bring this game up anywhere? World Uniform Costume Fes is a card battler on the Vita set in a world where all men died from a virus and only girls are left. Those girls fight wars via cosplay. So they tear cosplay outfits from each others' bodies and force each other to dress in the outfits of their faction.

By necessity this world is exclusively yuri, as males don't exist. And girls undressing each other is pretty gay. I don't think it even has a proper story mode though, so there is no chance for any romance.
