The unfortunate byproduct of rape by a Yokai, Onaga is Minagi's half-brother who received a transfer to Hogwarts thanks to his 'outstanding performance'. The truth is a lot crueller; the circumstances behind his birth were damaging to the family's reputation and rendered him utterly mad, forcing the parents to make an extreme choice. Their son never felt welcome beneath his numerous delusions and gladly accepted the chance who might somewhat understand him.

Onaga's raving madness is built around his belief— he's convinced that he's a character straight from the 'YuYu Hakusho' manga, son of the demon king, to be exact. He demands that others engage in his delusions by calling him "His Highness Goda the Demons", accept his challenges of combat, and worship him as the single most important man alive. His protagonist syndrome and overall lack of shame and fear earned him a spot among Gryffindors, and his classmates feared him. It is unknown if there is more to Onaga, and if he's actually capable of lucid thought, though there are times when he's able to behave himself, if not outright weep at how his wild blood poisoned his mind.

He's a fierce rival of Jian, a fellow madman who believes himself to be a cultivator. If you hadn't heard about Jian, it's alright... Onaga's madness far outstrips his, and steals whatever crumbs of attention he gets.
