All of your Sonic ships aren't canon. Amy is Sonic's love interest. She's his Minnie Mouse. That was the plan since the beginning. If you don't get that then you really can't be helped. Amy loves Sonic and Sonic likes her back but he's not in the mood for a relationship right now.
The movies, if they're smart, will play into this. Because the movies aren't canon they are allowed to explore Sonic and Amy's relationship. Let him move on, give him a girlfriend. Get out of the house and grow up. Amy would be the end of his childhood story arc.
