on-hit deals low damage up-front and higher damage over time and into tanks, but you need a team to keep you alive for that time which doesnt happen in any elo you or I will ever reach
just go yuntal, ie, runaans/ldr (if they have 3+ tanks, then build runaans 4th instead) every match
delaying ldr until 4th isnt that bad cus you want to be ulting back line anyways
