I don't understand. Please explain this to me like I'm someone that took an experimental drug in exchange for a xanax filled jellybean. I get that technically speaking any day that lunch is eaten within proximity to ground zero is having lunch at ground zero but what are we supposed to notice in this photo exactly ?
