They're called (one handed) gaming keypads. You can find ones without a joystick on the side for pretty cheap like this Redragon K585. I do have an old one but its got noisy switches. The other difference is that the Tartarus has dedicated keys that aren't the standard WASD like other keypads do, you can work around that by changing your shortcuts to match what's on it.

I want the G13 more but the Tartarus is the closest modern version and logitech refuse to right this wrong.
