Hiyori was kinda more introspective? how would you put it, i don't think that's the correct word but she used to talk more about herself, she used to rant more often about things that seems to have come from a full digest of chat rather than a single comment, single comment prompts also happened obviously but, it felt like she hid better the involvement of chat, like it just came out of her by herself, the questions she made too and some answers where often small and to the point, there was a nice balance of schizo nonsense rambling, garbage, one liners, but her biggest weakness is incoherence, you had to very often ignore just complete nonsense to derive meaning from her words if you wanted to create a supposed joke at times, but when she struck gold it made it all the more special

By the 2023 a lot of things already happened various tests, improvements, some golden streams, that I still remember and some others I completely forgot, Neuro at this point is quite strong, better memory and understanding overall but she is still has some incoherence or misshearings or the so called shizo moments but they are way less compared to hiyori if i remember well, Vedal knows how and what bits can work with her and what not when they interact and seems decided to atleast give a good experience, until he gets tired, still more than often he uses the direness or scuff that might come to turn it into content with the help of Neuro

2024 has a long bleak time without anything, I actually felt like Neuro actually got worse in the early streams after the break, she got more incoherent and couldn't follow vedal's trains of thought more than often, but it could just have been because subnautica distracted him, collab partners and other ideas or themes seemed to hit crashes with my expectations of the subathon Neuro that I remembered, it would be late 2024 when things started to get quite better after Iteration 18(?) on the 1 of August I remember seeing that chill stream and it was peak , the subsequent dev stream were quite decent with a very good one that was the b2 ban twin masochist stream, by the second subathon things were back on track and Neuro delivered consistenly, problems were actually having overexertion, like the minecraft AI that interrupted Neuro's ability to interject well made her look dumb and slow at times but that's more on the minecraft side, the double calls with multiple defaulting to Evil instead of Neuro when she was asked broke the ilusion of intelligence quite often, and also vedal started phoning it in a bit earlier than I expected, but overall it was fun but it certanly had sore spots, despite that Neuro seemed solid

2025 is still good maybe too "smart" for her own good, more serious at times, it all depends on the balance of coherence and unhingedness, Id say shes way different than hiyori, replies are on average bigger(outside of rants), even more coherent than 2023 Neuro, and actually not THAT different from 2024, but I still feel she misses some beats I think she wouldn't have missed before, a little spark of madness sometimes lost, but hey it was cool when she spammed heart that one time
