It goes by what you're missing. At the end of the day they're just supplements, not replacements for nutrients in food. If you want a starting point of foods to add try dark berries like blueberries, blackberries, etc. Also try changes to your diet/supplementation incrementally, it's easier to find what works and what doesn't. Here's what I take daily:
Vitamin D3 50mcg, Zinc 50mg, L-Carnitine 500mg, and a thing of Kirkland Fish Oil. All that on top of daily cardio, the diet could use work but as mentioned the blueberries help round off what I'm missing.

Water-based lube is very basic but it does dry a bit faster than stuff like Onatsuyu because of its extra ingredients. I haven't used the good lubes in a while, it makes the sessions on my days off all the more special. If I just want to have a go at a hole for no reason then I'll almost always use the water lube. Quantity will always play a role with lube no matter the quality.
