Is it so hard to make a passable horror? It's not enough they're not scary they have to be insufferable too?

This show has possibly the worst acting and dialogue I’ve ever witnessed in a non-amateur production, and it’s an endless supply of tropes and 2010s straight to DVD horror directing cliches, while looking like filler streaming slop. How is this so acclaimed? It’s like every forgotten horror movie of the past 15 years except extremely long for no reason.

Is this show good? I was interested in it.
