Checked the timeline. Bluescale conquered Redscale, but then got conquered by the Gnomes (Gawed also took some land, I assume they were allied), which then formed the Gnomish Hierarchy (Bluescale still held lands in the caverns). At one point, Greenscale broke off from the Hierarchy, and while it existed, Bluescale turned into Kobildzan (then Greenscale got reconquered). Gawed then proceeded to lose some land to both Kobildzan and Lorent (again, probably an alliance, but one that broke shortly after Kobildzan expanded into the Hierarchy).

They formed the Northern League at one point and got involved into multiple wars with Ancardia (I remember fighting in a succession war against them and how they had practically 0 troops after it, but there were definitely others as well). They were also allied with Pearlsedge when I declared on them, probably didn't help them.

They were guaranteeing Aldresia, so I had to fight against them at least once, not really sure what they were up to besides that, though.
>Sareyand and the Command
Can't say that much about the command, but I can say that, for whatever reason, the Jadd Empire was veeeery behind in tech during mid-to-late game, like, 3-5 technologies behind. Also, is picrel cursed too?
