I'm taking the pencil again since few months. I'm a beg with not very good (no to say terrible) eyes accuracy. Everytime I draw I'm frustrated, even when the drawing is ok, that certain thing or out of palce or proportions mistake.
I mostly sketch. I did a year ago all of Fun With A Pencil, a good book and enjoyed it a lot.
I saw the krenz video and understand the importance of good eyes to really improve. The thing is that I'm totally lost when it comes to the enveloppe thing. I don't really understand how to deal with it, neither do I understand how to deal with it inside too kek.
Can I just identify shapes independently at the beginning and not carrying about the enveloppe ? Or should I really focus on understand it ? Also, should I have a sketch approach (with a lot of restating) or should I do like the guys on Bargues plates videos (when I put a line, I'm sure of it exactitude) ?
Sorry for blogposting.
