This is something I am also curious about. I often perform telekinesis in my dreams (especially in lucid dreams). The sensation is so unique that I can't help but wonder if I can somehow access that feeling during waking life. If reality is a dream of sorts (as some claim it is) perhaps the key is becoming "lucid" within it, in much the same way one lucid dreams.
