I think this looks a regular hrb
You can try setting the opacity by pressure to make smoother lines like in the image on the left
If you are using CSP you can also try changing the Hardness of the brush so that the lines don't look so jagged.
About the face I think it is very close to the reference, try to keep the proportion of eyebrows, nose and chin the same if you think it is too long.
