Your reading comprehension sucks, anon basically said the opposite of that.
Modular doesn't mean improvised.
They use a variety of warheads, picrel is basically a pipebomb with (not very well) pre-formed frag. It explodes between 2-20 hours later, obviously intended to get people responding to the impact like rescue workers. I'm not sure how many of these are in any one drone, it could be one per drone but I think it's actually a couple that scatter around.
Some other warheads also have a powdered incendiary component in addition to HE, this is only in Gerans and not Shaheds.
There's also a gel-like incendiary warhead too, it's a think viscous fluid that flows somewhat but doesn't really spill or wash and it burns similar too thermite but ignites much easier.
