We used to sell our own upgraded bushing kits for the Toyota W58 and R154 on eBay. Even included a single piece billet aluminum replacement for the bonded rubber/steel sleeve bushing in the actuation arm (the arm the actual shift lever engaged & moved) that originally was only replaceable by buying & replacing the entire arm.
