More accurate would be this:
You find a wallet lying on the street with a few thousand dollars and no ID.
You're prescient and can see two futures: if you take the wallet, you've robbed someone.
If you DON'T take the wallet, you see that someone else will, and they'll buy a gun with that money and murder 100 people.
Which path do you take? The one that makes you a thief? Or the one that gets people killed?
