Blaze tells Marine to scram because she's a nuisance. Marine fulfills her duty by helping in the final fight and getting the scepter. She proves her worth, but Blaze tells Marine not to run off again. Marine promises to be more mature the next time she sees Sonic and Tails. Blaze consoles Marine at the end of Rush Adventure.

Marine reappears in IDW and we see how she matured. Marine also appears in the Sonic Channel comics where we can see how Blaze and Marine work as a duo.
