it's better to not have your reward system co-opted by outside chems and let it work its magic through self satisfaction. i've been experiencing quite a lot of art highs recently driving me to do more. i also cut off most of my vidya time, therefore there is nothing in the way of getting better and better at what i want to do instead of just sleazing around.
