There should be a new field call "Psychokineticologist". It would be a psychologist that gets to beat you when you continue to fuck up your life. They can only (legally) beat you, when you continue to fuck up in obvious ways that everyone can agree on.

The cost and time of med school. That's a lot resources for something that should be equivalent to pharmacist's+therapists degree, not a full medical degree.
