A game where you can legit rape your sister in her sleep is still on the store because the game itself doesn't show any 'questionable' contents (Unless you get the patch from an outer source). TCOAAL is way tamer compared to these saucy Japanese games. And it's not even a bloody 'hentai' game in the first place. I'm sure nothing serious will happen
