What's the difference between
>Minions
>Monsters
>Bosses
When it come to gear effects in this game?

From what I assumed minions was the small mobs accompanied by a strong monsters, Monsters was the generic mobs, and bosses were bosses.

If I'm right then, using crystal that would boost my damage or reduce damage taken by monsters does jackshit against bosses and BAMs?
