I have something similar with one of my feet except it was being told to walk it off after an injury and not even a full night in the hospital. Told people I felt like I walked funny or something was up and everyone said I was fine and overthinking it. When I saw a doctor over a decade later they said it would need surgery and absolutely wasn't fine. I naturally stand like this now and my walking gait makes me sway back and forth,
