I haven't played Manor Lords since launch, so no clue what kind of features it has by now, but Ostriv definitely has more stuff going on by virtue of being round longer.
Manor Lords will let you build the prettier looking towns (though late game Ostriv cities look pretty cool in their own right, though I've never gotten that far yet. But Ostriv has much more content in terms of building up supply chains and managing your economy
