They are less independent than Scavs, needing multiple "supply run" and external aid to keep themselves going and they are a lot more dangerous, to the point no one associates with them, unlike Scavs who basically supply everyone with all sorts of illegally acquire shit. Thanks, choom. Good to know the carnage is hitting the artistic sweet spot. I think I was getting around 40 fps with some stutter here and there due to postprocessing but I think I see the clouds a lot better now.

I kinda like that they always look super moody and then you take pics with them and they look happy and cheery, it give them a bit of charm even if it's unintentional. I think they'd rather be in doing anything but driving..
