Day 1 Weights 30-45 Min, Day 2 Run 3-5 Km, Day 3 Rest and then repeat

I'm on week 2 of this routine along side eating better, 1400-1700 cal a day, 150g+ grams of protein a day, creatine + whey and other supplements

Any advice, I still feel fat especially when I am sitting down but I've been told that it's normal for belly to look bigger sitting down
