What rules are we going with? Just the ones from its initial run with eventually some tweaks? Or a brand new one?
I mostly want to avoid a repeat of Spring 19 where we end up having an entire shitty cup just to realize the rules aren't suitable. And the issue is 15 hasn't been touched in a decade, so it's not like you can just bring it back without minimal effort to ensure it's fit for use today.
