I agree with most of that, but you see the things people are still doing in the name of god, right? It just so happens those atrocities are now both in the name of the same thing, money and god. I hate to defend the scum I see every day, but all things considered, there are far less atrocities when both have been combined into one. Greed, corruption, and a complete lack of goodwill has been combined with God and ironically things have improved. It's a net gain.

That said, I would much rather live in a communist/socialist world, like Star Trek. Everybody still has a job, but understands their job is necessary and for a greater good. And best of all, their job doesn't exist to deplete valuable resources and mine more space credits from dullards who need a new USB chink charger because the last one exploded and burned their house down. You clean the toilets, sinks, and warp engine rooms because society needs clean toilets, sinks, and warp engine rooms. You don't pee on the bathroom floors, sinks, or warp engine rooms because you understand that makes things harder for society. You are stronger when society is stronger, and vice versa, and all of that.

Maybe I'm just high but it seems like these ideas are simply too advanced for a modern society. Welp, back to figuring out how I can find some pussy.
